Ashlee Simpson has cycled through plenty of looks in her career, but she seems to be sticking with her long red hair for now. But our question for the mom-to-be is, can you see from under those bangs? Sure, they match husband Pete Wentz’s carefully straightened fringe, but we’d start bumping into things if we had such long bangs. We want to know what you think! What better way to spend a lazy summer Sunday than with good food and tons of sparkling jewels? That’s just what Nicky Hilton, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, Christina Milian and more did this past weekend. The star-studded group partied Malibu-style at the Lia Sophia clambake with fried clams, lobster, truffled fries and flavored cocktails. Though the fashionable bunch arrived sans jewels to celebrate the launch of Lia Sophia’s West End III collection, they quickly became well-adorned once they stopped by the jewelry bar. Lia Sophia, a favorite amongst Hollywood stars like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Sienna Miller, Katherine Heigl and more, provided a preview of her new pieces for her line’s famous fans. Nicky Hilton picked up some $8,000 worth of jewels. Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, who wear the jewelry constantly on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, wasted no time and went straight to the bling before hitting the food. Lia Sophia’s new West End III collection consists of gold bangles with black onyx and white finishes, long gold necklaces jeweled cuffs and more — view it by clicking here. – Reporting by Alexis Chiu

The nominations for the 60th annual Emmy Awards have just been announced, and while, sure, we’re interested what show will win Best Comedy Series and who’ll take home the award for best actor — if we’re honest, what we really care about is the clothes. And there’s stiff competition this year for the Outstanding Costumes for a Series, with episodes from some of the small screen’s best-dressed shows vying for most chic. And who are the stylish nominees? Desperate Housewives, Mad Men (above), Pushing Daisies, The Tudors and Ugly Betty are each in the running to win the award. We have some definite favorites in the bunch. But we want to know what you think. Tell us: Which show deserves to win the best dressed? What character’s style do you love most?

How’s this for a sequel? After eloping in a very private ceremony in April, Jason Biggs and actress Jenny Mollen exchanged vows for a second time Saturday evening in front of family and friends. About 40 guests attended the intimate sunset ceremony in Napa, California. And it wasn’t just joy that had the bride glowing. Mollen shone in these five carat diamond and platinum earrings and a fifteen carat diamond and platinum bracelet by Neil Lane. Biggs, 30, and Mollen, 29, met on the set of My Best Friend’s Girl in 2007 and were engaged in January.

Gearing up to release her first line, Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans, Rachel Bilson strikes a pose for the line’s chic ad campaigns. In the actress’s first foray into design, she takes center stage to promote the juniors sportswear line in a chic black belted dress and funky vest. Just like in her everyday wear, Rachel seems to have combined her California cool fashion sense with an edgier runway sensibility. We can’t wait to see more when the collection is hitting stores like Macy’s, Dillard’s and Nordstrom in September. Tell us: What do you think of Rachel’s new ads? Are you excited for her line to come out?

Lauren Conrad may be expanding her eponymous design line — recently previewing Holiday, Fall/Winter and Resort collections as well as discussing a possible shoe line — but not everyone is buying it. Kitson owner Fraser Ross has dropped Conrad’s line from his well-known Robertston Boulevard boutique, citing flagging sales coupled with a lack of support on Conrad’s side. Ross tells PEOPLE, “Celebrity clothing lines are a tough sell as it is, and you have to promote your line just as you would an album or a TV show.” And as Ross points out, it’s not that Kitson is inaccesible for Conrad. “Lauren has been on Robertson three times since her clothing line launched but she couldn’t pop by to say hello to the sales staff that sell her line to her fans.” Ross’s advice to Conrad on how to succeed in fashion reasonates to all of her fellow celeb designers. He explains, “You have got to make your clients and customers happy because you are competing against a lot of talented designers in the industry.” Tell us: Have you bought L.C.’s clothing line?

She may be best known for her famous curves, but Kim Kardashian’s upcoming foray into fragrance is pushing her into uncharted sensory territory. At this weekend’s Intermix-hosted VH1 Rock Honors party, the reality star dished to PEOPLE about becoming a master perfumer with her signature fragrance launching next May. “It comes out Mother’s Day and [I'm] gearing up for the launch,” she says. “We have some time, but it’s going through the process of smelling every single perfume and samples and telling people what you like and what you don’t. And then smelling it in the bottle smells different on a stick, which smells different on the skin.” So were did she start? “I knew exactly what I wanted,” she says. “Over the course of the years, I would collect different bottles, and they were very sentimental to me. I still have perfumes that my father bought me in New York and here and Italy and different places, that I would hold onto. And I wanted something that the bottle would be special for if someone got it as a gift.” And she’s definitely not fickle when it comes to fragrance. “I only wear one scent. I’ll stick to the same perfume for years before I switch,” something she hopes her fans will be able to do with her fragrance. “I wanted it to be something that you can have and wear it day or night and have it forever.” Tell us: What fragrances do you keep coming back to over the years? Will you add Kim’s scent to your collection when it launches in 2009?

The new hair cut, the slightly fuller figure. Eva Longoria Parker is citing her Desperate Housewives character needs as the reason for her new look. According to her personal rep, Eva is reflecting a change in her on-screen character Gabrielle — who goes from her usual sex kitten to an over-worked housewife with kids in season five. “She’s making herself look like that as her character has let herself go. Gabrielle has gained weight and cut her hair,” Liza Anderson tells PEOPLE of Longoria Parker’s character. “She’s a worn out mother with two kids.” Longoria Parker was pictured on a European vacation — notably on a yacht off the coast of Italty — looking minutely larger than normal, prompting the usual rounds of pregnancy rumors. Anderson chalked this slight gain to Gabrielle’s woes. “And even that was not enough. She’s also wearing butt pads and a stomach pad to play the part.” And did Longoria Parker enjoy the method-eating? “This is a lot of fun,” says Anderson, “but as an actress.”

In the August issue of In Style magazine, which hits stands this Friday, cover girl Rihanna opens up about her rule-breaking fashion philosophy — and her future. While her non-conformist sense of style sets her apart from the crowd, she tells the magazine it’s all about having fun and staying true to herself. “I love to play to both sides of my personality — the girlie and the tough. That’s what makes my style different.” And taking her own path sometimes garners unexpected attention, especially when it comes to that famous short bob. “The first time I heard people were asking for the Rihanna, it was really flattering and maybe a little strange. It caught be by surprise, but now I feel it’s a very cool thing. I don’t feel the pressure to change it up again at all. I like it, as they like it.” At just 20 years old, the singer sees her future approaching fast, telling the mag, “I feel like I have so much more to accomplish before I’m 21.” But what about a decade down the line? “In 10 years I want to have already started my family and have some business of my own. A fashion line, a makeup line, and I still want to be doing what I’m doing at a much bigger capacity — by the grace of God!” Click here for behind-the-scenes footage of the cover shoot, and get the full interview in In Style, just in time for the weekend.

While many Hollywood designers, like Jessica Simpson and Lauren Conrad, are quick to attach their images to their design endeavors, Justin Timberlake has kept his name — and face — on the DL at William Rast, the premium denim collection he started in 2005. But that’s about to change this fall as Timberlake steps in front of the camera for the company’s latest ad campaign that include a series of steamy web shorts entitled My Name is William Rast. The serialized shorts — which Timberlake co-wrote, co-directed and composed the score for — feature Justin as rebel Rast on the lam with his love interest, played by model Erin Wasson. While they won’t launch until later this month on the William Rast website, but we’ve snagged you a sneak peek at the campaign’s sexy print ads. Tell us: What do you think of Justin stepping in front of the cameras?

Her new fragrance, Fancy, won’t be in stores for another month, but Jessica Simpson is giving PEOPLE.com readers a first look at her sexy new, Brigitte Bardot-inspired ad campaign. And while the images evoke the same sensuality as the iconic French actress and singer, the fragrance itself is pure California chic. “With Fancy, I wanted to create a pretty fragrance, one that I could be just as comfortable wearing on the red carpet or every day with my favorite jeans,” she says. And she couldn’t be happier with the results. “This is a special fragrance — personal, whimsical, playful and romantic. To me, Fancy is just that: fancy.” Tell us: What do you think of Jessica’s smoldering new ad? Will you buy her scent when it launches August 15th?

At just 20 years old, Rihanna is one of the world’s most successful young singers, and yet again she’s using her fame to help those less fortunate. Gucci has just announced that the “Umbrella” chanteuse will be the face of an ad campaign that showcases their collaboration with children’s charity UNICEF. The ads, entitled Tattoo Heart, will feature the singer wearing limited-edition Gucci tattoo-heart-motif products, with 25% of sales being donated to the charity, WWD reports. It’s not the first time the singer has worked with UNICEF and Gucci. In February she performed at the design house’s star-studded Madonna-hosted fundraiser Raising Malawi, whose goals fit well with those of her own charity, The Believe Foundation, which she founded in 2006 to bring food and medicine to children in need.

Since her role as Carrie’s Louis-Vuitton-loving assistant Louise in Sex and the City, Jennifer Hudson has become almost as well know for her budding sense of style as her award-winning roles. And while she might have access to the world’s most exclusive designer gowns, like the Escada giraffe print number she wore at last week’s Keep a Child Alive charity event in London, the actress dished to PEOPLE about her British shopping secret — and it doesn’t require a high-end salary to afford. “My favorite place to go is Topshop. I love Topshop!” Husdon says of the multi-floor U.K. shopping emporium. But while Topshop’s prices might be on par with the affordable apparel at stores like H&M, that doesn’t mean Jennifer’s sprees are saving her any money. “I made myself sit in the room so I would not go [this trip]! I knew I would spend too much money.” How much does she usually drop? “Thousands! It’s a lot! Sometimes I want a cart because there are so many levels. How much room can one store need? That’s like my dream place!” And PEOPLE let Jennifer in on our own little Topshop secret: the store’s website delivers directly to the U.S. “Don’t tell me that!” she shouted. Then, after a pause, demanded, “What is it?!” Click here to get the latest Topshop fashions delivered right to your door. Or you can visit the New York City location when it opens in SoHo this fall.

If there’s one thing Antonio Banderas knows, it’s the art of seduction. And while wearing that Zorro mask alone is more than enough to make some of us swoon, the actor is taking things to new levels with his latest fragrance, Blue Seduction for Women. At yesterday’s launch event for scent in N.Y.C., Antonio brought in the cast of the Tony Award-winning musical In the Heights to sing the scent’s praises — or at least entertain the gathered crowd. But it was the troupe’s final number that really dazzled. Antonio jumped from his seat next to wife Melanie Griffith, ran to the stage and joined the singers to show off his own impressive skills. Your wait to be seduced by the violet, rose, and jasmine notes of Antonio’s fruity fragrance will be over soon. It hits stores in September, with one dollar from the sale of each bottle going directly to the charity Broadway Equity Fights AIDS. Tell us: Do you want to be seduced by Antonio’s new scent this fall?

With everyone from Jessica Simpson to Ashley Tisdale and Uma Thurman adorning their arms with Louis Vuitton’s monogram totes, it’s no wonder the LV logo is so instantly recognizable. But the brand is shaking things up this autumn with a new ultra-exclusive line designed in collaboration with iconic Japanese fashion line Comme des Garcons. Each of the six avant-garde bags puts a spin on classic Louis Vuitton designs — like this eight-armed Speedy. Even if you have the superstar salary to afford one of the limited edition bags, getting your hands on one will require a jet-set lifestyle to go along with it. The collection will available to order exclusively in person at the Louis Vuitton mini-store inside the Comme des Garcons boutique in Tokyo, starting September 4th. Looking for something a little closer to home? You’ll be able to get a more budget-friendly Comme des Garcons fix this fall when the company’s founder and head designer, Rei Kawakubo, takes a turn as a featured guest designer at H&M, designing a women’s and men’s collections in early November. Supermodel Kate Moss has been the face of Rimmel London since 2001 — a lifetime in the beauty biz — but it looks like the British cosmetic label is getting a bold new look, adding two new faces to their ad campaign this fall with auburn-tressed model and university student Lily Cole and London-born chanteuse Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Contrary to rumors, however, Rimmel’s reps tell PEOPLE, Moss is not being replaced, and will continue in her role as the main face of the brand. As part of her ongoing position, Moss will star in new commercials this fall, while the other two will be featured in their own spots. And while she won’t be working directly with Moss, Cole couldn’t be happier to get in front of Rimmel’s cameras. “It is a wonderful opportunity for me to represent an innovative, trend-setting brand like Rimmel London,” she says. “I am also very honored to have been chosen to work alongside such an iconic face as Kate Moss.” Tell us: What do you think of Rimmel’s decision to add more faces to their brand. Should they have kept Kate Moss as their one-and-only?

Britney Spears is gearing up for a come-back appearance in Madonna’s newest video. Looking better than ever, Brit lightens her locks and lets down her hair — and her hair stylist, Kim Vo, gives PEOPLE the scoop on the new look. “I took her into the baby-blonde spectrum, like a child who’s been at the beach,” Vo says of softening the star’s darker blonde color. “She now has a lot of streaks — including some dark in the back — but the effect is baby-blonde. She is blonder than she’s been, which she loves.” But why suddenly so light? Vo had to take into account Madonna’s golden hair and give Britney something that would contrast and complement the Material Girl’s look. The straight style, however, was Britney’s call, reveals Vo. We think Brit’s baby blonde style is the perfect summer look for her. Tell us: What do you think of her new hair? Would you go that blonde?

While Minka purchased plenty of chic casual-wear, including a Paisley Tie shirt, $88, Cara Chameleon tank, $98, and Yves jean shorts, $80, it looks like her true summertime love is breezy dresses. She snapped up the Field of Dreams maxi dress, on sale for $150, and the Love In A Mist and Cara frocks, each $168. The actress even loved the bright Crayon Floral dress, $98, so much that she wore it right of the store!
